Return Policy

In order to facilitate the returns process for our customers, we are creating and emailing prepaid shipping labels to you so you don't have to go USPS and wait in line to send out a return. The total return label amount will be discounted from your store credit.

We are still accepting and processing returns as per our Return Policy. Please don't hesitate to contact us w/ any questions or concerns - we are happy to help anyway we can during this difficult time.

Our Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your GAZINI purchase!! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any eligible items for a store credit within 2 days of having received the order. While we do not issue refunds, we are happy accept your return for store credit (does not expire) or help you process an exchange. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchanges or store credit. 

Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. We are not responsible for washed items even if following wash instructions. You can always contact us with any questions, and we will do our best to assist you.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). We reserve the right to deny a return based on item condition or if customer has returned over 3 times total. Original shipping costs are not refundable nor added to store credit totals.

Final Sale Items 

All items purchased on sale, with a discount code, flash sale, or during sitewide sale are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit. No exceptions.

The following items are also final sale for hygienic reasons (full price): bodysuits, bralettes, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, and shoes.


If you are looking to exchange a size or color of an item, please email us as soon as possible to We will do our best to put the item on hold for you until we receive your return. Exchanges all depend on availability. 

Store Credits

Once we receive your return, please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your return/exchange. We will inspect the items, process the return in our system and send you an email with your online store credit code and instructions on how to use it. Once you receive your store credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at Online store credits are not transferable to in-store store credits. Store credit value cannot be used towards shipping costs; only applicable on merchandise.
